Are there tablets to stop nervousness?
To be totally frank.. I’m sick of my nerves! exams, travelling, speeches… I recently failed my practical driving test as I literally fell to pieces and had to pull over to simply chill out. I’ve been told to try various exercises but they are all useless. my practical is now 2 weeks away and i cant have a re-run of the last one. Does anyone know of tablets that can be used to help nerves? I’ve seen Chinese Herbal Remedies but can’t really say that I believe them to work.

I use these ALL THE TIME before exams and every time I enter into an exam and during the days leading up to my exmas coz I always get really nervous.
